Our last Owners Club seminar of 2022, opened also to our CEO Clubs Members, will be more of an open discussion about SUCCESSION. The meeting will be moderated by someone who already went through this experience: our Owners Club Member Paul Badea, Chief Executive Office, BADSI.
The event will be about:
- The theory of planning a smooth succession with examples from a Harvard Business Review Article
- An open discussion with tips&tricks from Paul's experience
- Conclusions and an Action Plan
