Radu co-founded K.M.Trust & Partners (Executive Search & Leadership Consulting) in 2006 and K2S (Mid management recruitment & development consulting) in 2009. He is also a Certified Coach by Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching.

Radu has a University Degree from ASE Bucharest, International Economical Relations faculty and has postgraduate studies at INSEAD, Harvard Business School, Singularity University and Ecole Hoteliere de Lausanne where he is a Visiting Lecturer on Leadership.

His mission is to help companies live their values and have a memorable positive impact in the lives of the people he works with, in their business and in the society.
While he considers profits essential for growth and development of any business, Radu also believes that greed destroys value and we should guard against falling into this trap.
As the founder and Managing Partner of K.M.Trust & Partners, he works with leaders and organizations to increase awareness about this by helping them focus on and actually live their moral values when they hire, retain, promote and develop their people.

Few years ago Radu initiated an education focused NGO - AVE (www.ave-romania.ro) together with some wonderful people. Their common objective is to involve the business community in order to contribute more to, and work together with schools and authorities in order to realize their ambition to have the Romanian education system recognized as among the top 10 in Europe by 2035. Today AVE works closely with the most relevant NGOs from education who assumed the same mission and goals for a faster impact and scalability.
He also believes that all of us should contribute towards the introduction of a formal training program on compassion and kindness in schools.

Among his passions: stakeholder value creation, education, neuroscience, gastronomy and wine, etc.

Radu is married & has 2 kids - a daughter and a son whom he adores.
