CEO Clubs Int’l is headquartered in New York and it was founded by Dr. Joe Mancuso in 1977. Since 2002, the Club has expanded to include international activities with chapters in UK, China, Greece, Romania, United Arab Emirates, Philippines, India, Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Korea and many other countries globally. Today CEO Clubs Int’l is one of the oldest and largest associations for CEOs and entrepreneurs worldwide, serving as a global business network and leadership development organization, counting more than 8,000 Members around the world.
Members of one Chapter are automatically Members of all Chapters. Membership of CEO Clubs Int’l is by invitation only.

The Team

Sotiris Chatzidakis
Sotiris Chatzidakis is the founder and serves as the Executive Vice President of CEO Clubs, Executive Club and Owners Club in Romania. Since 2017 he is also a partner at First Southeast Investment Partners, an M&A advisory and since 2016 the main shareholder of Sargia Partners Romania, a coaching House. Sotiris and his team, work with the top CEO’s, management teams and high potential employees of some of the biggest companies operating in Romania and SEE in order to create communities and the necessary sharing environment for them to connect and share. They also provide solutions around leadership, disruption and innovation.

Sotiris started his entrepreneurship journey in 2011. A common theme throughout his career has been in assisting people and companies to develop and launch “new-to-market” products and services. As a result of that, today all three business communities count more than 350 top leaders across Romania, whose organizations make more than €13 bil. Being also a Certified coach, Sotiris has been involved in projects with companies such as Pfizer, NN, Pirelli and more.

Prior to founding the business Clubs, Sotiris had been a corporate executive for 14 years across a variety of industries including banking, technology and retail.

Sotiris is a graduate of the American College of Greece School of Management and holds an MA International Marketing and an MBA from the University of Sunderland, UK.

Sandra Diviskova
Starting March 2019, Sandra is the General Director of operations for our group of organizations (CEO Clubs International, Executive Club, Owners Club). Additionally, she is responsible for the digital transformation of the Clubs’ internal operations and the Members’ experience. Since 2012, Sandra has been operating the companies’ internal financial processes, being also actively involved in forming and administrating annual Budgets.

Sandra joined CEO Clubs International in 2012, being responsible for the Members’ relations and Events Management of the Romanian Chapter. In 2014, she undertook the challenge of building and coordinating the community of Next Gen Leaders Hub, an exclusive Club that offers a platform for the top management executives in Romania where they have the opportunity to "Learn, Contribute and Have Fun". Later on, in 2016, she became the Operations Manager of CEO Clubs and Next Gen Leaders Hub, while she is also actively involved in assisting the Club’s expansion within the country and abroad.

Sandra studied Business Administration at the University of Piraeus in Greece, where she graduated in the Top 1% of her class achieving to receive awards of excellence and scholarships in all years of her studies.

Sandra is passionate about animal welfare and scuba diving, she loves listening to classic rock and reggae vibes, with her all-time favorite song being “Wish you Were Here” by Pink Floyd, while she is also a genuine lover of “Hey Jude’s” Na-na-na,na,na part. She has been a ballet dancer (and other dancing styles) for 21 years. She finds behavioral science thrilling, while her favorite authors are Milan Kundera and Irvin Yalom.
Sandra’s greatest life goal is to travel in the most unique and breathtaking locations across the globe and she dreams of one day leaving everything behind and grow old in a peaceful, exotic island, ideally running a reggae beach bar.
