About Us

Sotiris is the founder of CEO, Owners and Executive Clubs in Romania, a partner at First Southeast Investment Partners, an investor and a Certified Coach. Prior to that, he had been a corporate executive for 14 years, across a variety of industries including banking, technology and retail.

Sotiri's goal has always been to create communities and connect people with ideas and other people. He is bringing special people together for more than he can remember, and through his Clubs' activity he has succeeded to redefine what networking and personal value truly mean. He is also involved in several social initiatives.

His favorite quote is that “Luck is what happens when good preparation meets the opportunity” by Seneca and some of the books that define him are “Connected”, “Atomic habits”, “A man’s search for meaning”, “Rich Dad, Poor Dad” and “Bluefishing”. He adores music, football, good times and the “Greek Summer”.

Starting May 2022, Dragana is the Owners Club Director.

Dragana's career has been sculpted by the sporting goods industry, combining both retail and online channels covering the entire business cycle. Driven by a passion for sporting goods and multiculturalism, running a regional business allowed her to combine and create the necessary synergy and ability to constantly adapt to new challenges.

Originally from the Republic of Serbia, Dragana has lived in Romania since 1999. She is fluent in 6 languages (including Romanian) and is a very adaptable person. Dragana's education included countries such as Greece and England, with a degree in economics from the University of Sheffield and a master's degree in management from LSE (London School of Economics).

In addition to her daily activities, Dragana is passionate about traveling, cooking and is a great lover of animals.

Starting July 2022, Andrea is the Executive Club Director.

Andrea has a Bachelor Degree in Psychopedagogy, being interested in this field that aims to analyze human behaviors related to education, learning and vocational guidance; and also a master degree in Train of Trainers.

Working with people is a recurring theme throughout Andrea's career, covering various areas of activity. Even if we're talking about the banking industry, the entertainment industry, or the NGO sector, to which she has devoted the past three years, her work was closely related to developing meaningful relationships, managing people, and forming long-term partnerships.

One of Andrea`s main areas of interest is mind, intelligence and spirit. She is also keen on discovering innovative and unique coffee brews. Andrea is also passionate about tennis, discovering new interesting places for hiking in Romania and she is planning to get her skipper license soon.

Sandra has been part of our group of Clubs since 2012. She is currently the General Director of Operations and the leading person for the continuous digital transformation of both the internal operations and the Members’ experience. In addition, she is forming and administrating the company’s annual Budgets and financial operations.

Through her journey in CEO Clubs over the past 10 years, Sandra has undertaken plenty of roles that led her to her current position, some of which have been the events organization, business development for both Members and Partners, forming and expanding the Executive Club from day 1, as well as being actively involved in the Club’s expansion within the country and abroad.

Sandra studied Business Administration at the University of Piraeus in Greece, where she graduated in the Top 1% of her class, receive awards of excellence and scholarships in all years of her studies. As of 2021, she also holds an Executive MBA from WU Executive Academy.

Sandra is passionate about exploring the world (currently visited 53 countries) and scuba diving, she loves listening to classic rock and reggae vibes, with her all-time favorite song being “Wish you Were Here”, while she is also a genuine lover of “Hey Jude’s” Na-na-na,na,na part. She has been a ballet dancer for 21 years and in the past years she loves setting her annual reading goals on Goodreads, her favorite authors being Milan Kundera and Irvin Yalom.

Mircea joined the Clubs' team in 2019, being in charge of the events coordination, brought to our CEO Clubs, Owners Club and Executive Club Members.

Mircea graduated the Polytechnic University in Bucharest with a Master's degree in "The future of the automotive industry" and he has a Bachelor's degree in automotive engineering. After graduation, he started working in a truck workshop as a front-office engineer and later on as a workshop supervisor. This period taught him the importance of harmonious teamwork, deadlines and ways to resolve problems under a stressful environment. Joining the CEO Clubs team helped Mircea be aware of his organizational skills and of the need for each event to be treated as an entire project.

He enjoys outdoor activities and volunteering. Good music drives him forward and he wants to travel and experience new cultures for as long as he can. Recently he discovered that he is quite good at dancing and singing.

Zein is a multinational person, fluent in Romanian and Arabic, with studies completed in three different countries in Arabic, English, and Romanian curriculums. He has recently graduated from the faculty of International Business and Economics with the completion of multiple projects and volunteering activities throughout the university, in business, diplomacy, and social issues; showing interest in microeconomics and entrepreneurship.

Zein has worked as an internal auditor for HP Inc, where he developed his communication skills, working in a team, and self-management.

He is a dynamic person who likes to be active and disciplined, working-out regularly, doing house projects, going on hikes, camping trips, and snowboarding rides. He is passionate about sports, nutrition, cooking, and philosophy. "Our time on earth is limited, we should all aim to prosper and soak in as much life as possible in all of its forms".

Catalina became a CEO Clubs Romania Team member in September 2019, initially tasked with the Members research across all three business communities (CEO Clubs, Executive Club, and Owners Club). Over time, her role evolved, and she assumed the role of Projects Coordinator, overseeing the exciting projects of all three Clubs and providing support for daily operations.

An aeronautical engineer at her core, she holds a bachelor’s degree in Air Navigation from the
Politehnica University of Bucharest, Faculty of Aerospace Engineering.

Passionate about environmental issues, Catalina considers herself a little "earth warrior." Her curious nature and her "hunger" for always seeking new experiences fuels her love of hiking, running and photography. She believes that music and nature should be essential components in everyone’s foundation, so when she is not on a mountain somewhere marvelling at stunning sunsets, you can find her searching for the next perfect album (of that day at least).

Cristian has joined the team in January 2023, undertaking the role of Operations & Office Assistant. His main responsibility is maintaining an excellent relationship with all currently active Clubs' Partners and assisting them get the maximum value of their partnership by running exceptional campaigns and activations with our 3 Clubs. In addition, he plays an important role in coordinating part of the company's internal operations.

Cristian's former experience focuses in the industries of Horeca, NGOs, Relations and Environmental Protection.

In his free time, he loves hiking, exploring the nature and capturing it in artistic pictures. He likes to cook and is a food lover at the same time. Cristian also likes football, handball and tennis.

Aura joined CEO Clubs International in 2014, coordinating the Clubs' projects, getting involved in the development and organization of the meetings and other activities of the Club.

Today she is responsible for the business development, looking for those bright executives who can be a perfect fit to become the newest Members in one of our communities.

Aura graduated the Master of Psychology in Human Resources, has a Bachelor Degree in Marketing and one in Management and Engineering.

She is passionate about creative writing, stories, coaching, music, rummy game, travelling and cupcakes.

Iulia joined CEO Clubs in 2014, being responsible for the external partnerships of the Club in key marketing activities. Starting 2015, she took over the internal partnerships, being actively involved in the development process of the CEO Clubs International Members and Partners’ base. In addition, she also took over the external partnerships, being responsible of attracting new valuable Partners.

After a short break, Iulia has returned to her role starting October 2022, currently being the Business Development Manager for Partnerships for all 3 communities (CEO Clubs, Owners Club, Executive Club).

Iulia has graduated the Communications University in 2009 and currently she is finalizing her Master’s in Philosophy and Critical Thinking at the University of Bucharest.

Stefan is currently involved in several projects on IT&C and education. He graduated the Veterinary Faculty in Cluj-Napoca and quickly discovered his passion for sales and people. He has led commercial teams in several national and international areas, under both corporate and entrepreneurial business models. Developing as a leader he is focusing on people development, team creation and transformation using values such as integrity, respect, care and authenticity as solid foundation. His involvement with CEO Clubs was just natural.

He is passionate about tennis and choose together with his wife to raise their three kids in a safe and peaceful country side environment, close to Cluj.

Carina has joined CEO Clubs Transylvania in August 2018, being responsible for the Events Planning and the Projects of the Transylvania Club.

She has graduated the Master in Integrated Management of Natural Resources and Waste at Polytechnic University of Cluj and has a Bachelor's degree in Law. She is preparing for her second degree in Environmental Engineering at USAMV Cluj.

Carina is passionate about travelling, photography, environment and Romanian Folk culture. She has been a traditional folk dancer from the age of 6 until 17.
